Invitation General Meeting
Hello everybody
we kindly invite all members to attend the BRC General Meeting 2012 which will take place in Ghent Belgium between between the 7th and 9th of December!
We realize this is quite a short-notice announcement but we have a varied program and are able to help you find a place to sleep. Costs for food will be shared for all members.

Friday 7th Dec:
- Evening: Members: arrival in Ghent with Belgian Beer tour around the city
Board: 1st part Board Meeting
Saturday 8th Dec:
- Morning: personal time for members, Board continues meeting
- Noon: CULTURAL TOUR at 12:00
tour through the city with Members and Board
- Aftern.: GENERAL MEETING at 16:00
Board presents Year Plan and members will be able to vote for spending rules, provide comments on the year plan and apply for various positions in the BRC team
- Evening: Slideshow BRC 2012 at 18:00
DINNER at 20:00
- Night: We visit the Natuurpunt Party
Sunday 9th Dec:
- Morning: wake-up brunch
- Afternoon: birdwatching in a nature reserve near Ghent (waterfowl, gulls, ...)
