Please fill out this form to book your stay during the Batumi Bird Festival.
Early birds: book before the 15th of May and enjoy a 20% reduction on your festival fee!

The prices for the (full) festival are:
90€ (regular price)
60€ (BRC-members*)
40 GEL (Caucasian participants)
and include all excursions, local transport, workshops, presentations and the celebration banquet.
 
You will receive confirmation upon completion of this form and will be send the instructions payment by email.
Your reservation is only valid when both this form and the payment are successfully transmitted.

(*) You are a BRC member if you have completed at least a full ten-days count as a volunteer in previous editions or before the festival's start.
Your PROGRAM: To be able to organize proper transportation and guides for the different excursions, please indicate below what your desired program would look like. Of course you can decide to participate multiple times to the same type of excursion.
In the afternoon, all participants are very welcome to attend the official inauguration of migration platform and attend the lectures about raptor migration conservation (Bildstein) and monitoring (Onrubia)
